Constitution Day
Posted by Laina Costanza on 15 September 2017 09:51 AM

By federal statute, September 17th has been designated as "Constitution Day". In preparation for Constitution Day, Amridge University is providing information from the National Constitution Center pertaining to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Click or paste the following link into your browser:

http://constitutioncenter.org/

In addition to having the opportunity to review and study the Constitution of the United States of America, you will be able to join the conversation regarding the constitution at the Center's Constitution Daily Blog; view upcoming events; read informative articles pertaining to the Constitution; watch live and archived videos of programs. This is a truly awesome web site and we strongly encourage you to spend some time becoming acquainted with what the Center has to offer to enhance your educational experience.

The National archives also have a Web site with a scan of the U.S. Constitution available online at: http://www.archives.gov/national_archives_experience/charters/constitution.html.

In addition, the National Archives has a nationwide network of research facilities, including presidential libraries that welcome students as young as 14 years of age. Information about the facilities (by region and state) can be located online at: http://www.archives.gov/facilities/index.html.
